UMass Dartmouth Current Student - Graduate Certificate Program Request Form

This form is for students who are currently in a Master's or Doctoral program that wish to earn a certificate that is has associated with the program.

As a current student in a qualifying Master’s or Doctoral program, your previous application materials will be reused for the certificate application and no fee will be charged. Requests must be submitted before their last enrolled semester's add/drop deadline. Students who have already graduated from their Master's or Doctoral Program are ineligible to apply.
