QSI Global Virtual University Fair

Format: Virtual 
💰 Cost: Free for participating universities
🤝 Who will attend: Students, families, and school counselors from 30+ QSI schools worldwide 

Fair Format: The fair will take place over three session blocks during the day of Thursday, January 29, 2026. Universities can sign up for one session - or for all three sessions.

Multiple representatives from the same institution can participate in the fair. Schools will join at different times during the day - with most schools offering time off-timetable during the school day for their Secondary (Grade 9 - Grade 12) students to participate.

Participating representatives will receive an updated list of the fair sessions that individual schools will be participating prior to the event - though students and parents from around the world may join outside of those set time blocks/after their school day ends.
